School Sport SA (formerly SAPSASA) run many sporting events throughout the year with diving and swimming forming a part of the school sports competition program. 

The 2022 School Sport SA diving competition will be held on Friday 27th May at SA Aquatic and Leisure Centre. 

If you are between 10-19 years of age and interested to represent your school in the upcoming diving competition please read the event information including the nomination entry form and degree of difficulty required for the dives in your age group (see further below).

If you are unsure about the dive degree of difficulty you can refer to this Degree of Difficulty table or talk with your coach at your next lesson. 

Degree of difficuty examples:

Age 10 Years (year of birth 2012) lists:

2 dives from 2 groups not to exceed 3.6 total degree of difficulty, plus

2 dives from 2 groups with no limit on degree or difficulty

Age 12 years (year of birth 2010) lists:

3 dives from 3 groups not to exceed 5.4 total degree of difficulty, plus

2 dives from 2 groups with no limit on degree or difficulty
