Diving SA is seeking Expressions of Interest from divers interested in attending our Mildura Training Camp and/or the Rip 'N' Tear & Victorian Country Championships Competition in January 2027.

Diving SA has a long tradition of holding training camps in Mildura in partnership with Diving Sunraysia. The week provides a fantastic opportunity for divers to train, compete and spend time with fellow members of the diving community.

📅 Training Camp

Dates: Monday, 11 January – Friday, 15 January 2027

Our training camp will provide divers with focused training and an opportunity to prepare for the competition later in the week.

🏆 Rip 'N' Tear & Victorian Country Championships

Competition Dates: Friday, 15 January – Sunday, 17 January 2027

Diving Sunraysia hosts the annual Peter & Patricia Morgan Memorial Meet (Rip 'N' Tear) and Victorian Country Championships at Mildura Waves.

All divers are welcome to enter the competition.

Diving SA is traditionally well represented at this competition, making it a great opportunity for a fun and exciting week or weekend away. Divers within our squad programs are particularly encouraged to attend, as the competition provides another opportunity to qualify for the 2027 Australian Age Championships.

✈️ Travel & Accommodation

Families will need to arrange their own travel and accommodation for the trip. Caravan parks are a popular accommodation option for families attending the competition.

Mildura Waves has an outdoor diving pool, so please come prepared for outdoor conditions. We recommend bringing:

• Shade or a shade tent
• Seating
• Sunscreen
• Appropriate sun protection
• Plenty of water
