Adults Come ‘N Try Diving – One Hour Trial Lesson 💦

Ready to give diving a go? Join us for a fun, one-hour Adults Come ‘N Try session at the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre! It’s the perfect chance to learn basic skills, build confidence, and see if diving could be your new favourite sport.

Registration: $8 per participant (includes insurance for trial lesson divers)
Please note: Pool entry fee is payable on arrival.

📍 Location: SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre, Oaklands Park

Who can join?

Anyone aged 18+ who is confident swimming in deep water and keen to try diving.
Please note: This session is for adults (18+) only. Participants aged 7-17 can join our Kids Come ‘N Try sessions held every second Sunday during term time.

What to expect:

• Learn the basics of diving in a safe, guided environment
• Try skills in the pool with a qualified coach
• A fun and supportive session for first-time divers

Important info:

• Please arrive 10 minutes early for parking and entry
• Wear bathers, shorts, and a t-shirt for warm-up
