To order your T-Shirt simply Download this form T_Shirt_Order_Form.pdf , print and complete. When your T- Shirt order arrives you will be notified via SMS to your mobile or via your child’s folder.  Payment is required in full either by paying DSA direct or by cash which can be put into the folder of Sophie Hinks.
